Q:  How late can I order?

A:  It is never too late to order.  We keep videos archived and can produce them on an as-needed basis.

 

Q:  When will my DVD arrive?

A:  DVDs typically arrive 6-10 weeks after your commencement date.

 

Q: How does the 100% guarantee work?

A:  We offer a 100% guarantee on our products, so if you are dissatisfied in any way please contact us to explain your problem and we will see if there is a way to replace your order.  Otherwise, we will issue you a refund for your purchase.  You may call us on (909) 748-8011, or e-mail us at alumni@redlands.edu.

 

Q:  I did not receive my entire order.  Where is the rest of it?

A:  If your complete order was not shipped, please contact Alumni Relations at (909) 748-8011, or e-mail us at alumni@redlands.edu.

 

Q:  I received the wrong order.  What should I do?

A:  If you receive an incorrect order, please write "Return to Sender" on the package and mail it back to us.  Then, contact us at (909) 748-8011, or e-mail alumni@redlands.edu and your new order will be sent out two weeks after you have returned the incorrect order.
